Now nothing left but to nail in the new top plate, sill plate, and toe nail the studs. We are stick builders. There's just no way we are going to invest all the time and lumber to build a wall only to find it doesn't fit. No, stick-building is the way to go, in our opinion. (Although how Jonnie managed to toe nail in some of those tighter spots, I'll never know). |
