Now time to fill the holes with 2+ inches of gravel.
We got 1 cubic yard of gravel from Doughty Aggregates in Keene. It's a mix of 3/4 inch crushed stone and sand. Here's the killer: it cost $16 for the gravel, and $60 delivery! (I always said we should have gotten a hitch on our van!). Here the boys are taking it from the driveway where it got dumped and will wheel it over to the deck site. |
