Day 12-13
Don came back to dig most of the holes but one--Hydro One finally came on day 13 to layout the underground lines. When you make an appointment on their website, it says they will be there WITHIN five business days. What they mean is that they will be there late on the fifth day or later.
By the way, what exactly is the fifth business day when you book Monday morning? Hydro offers same day service for emergencies, so it seems to me that Monday is Day 1 and Friday is Day 5. Had we booked Friday night or even Sunday Night, then it seems clear that Monday is Day 1. And yet, both orders come in at the same time: Monday morning.
