And there they are. The posts get screwed to the blocking that we put under the deck. This was probably the most difficult thing to do, because you have to screw in at a slight angle (the drill body gets in the way of the post so you can't drill straight down). I had a thing-a-ma-jig that angles a little, but still. Many of the screw heads got stripped. I think it would be a better design to use bolt heads here. Maybe I'll suggest that to Titan. |
