Add Pages to the Playlist

Pages that are created automatically from data need to be added to the playlist in order to be shown on air. There are four options available for adding pages to a playlist.

• No Action: Select this option if you plan to have the pages added manually to the playlist using Audience.foundation. Audience.foundation allows the pages to be placed in any specific order. As the data updates, so do the Pages – so you only have to add them to the playlist once.
• Append: Select this option to have the Pages automatically added to the end of the playlist as they are created. Then, If you need to put them in a specific order, you can always re-order the list using Audience.foundation at a later time.
• In Order: Select this option to automatically insert the newly created Pages in the playlist according to the alphanumeric order. For example, Page C_05 will automatically insert itself between Page A_01 and Page C_06.
• In Group: Select this option to automatically insert the newly created Pages into the playlist within their group order. For example, all of the pages that have names starting with News_ will group together.
