Search Pages

You can search a magazine's pages for any word or number that appears in the "Report View" fields: page name, source layout, title, note, duration, client, date ranges, time ranges, and audio type.

To search pages

  1. Open a magazine in the tree and then click on the toolbar.
  2. Type a search string in the Find What box.
  3. Specify a type of search if required (Match Case, Find Whole World Only, or Clear Previous Find Results).
  4. Select the Find button.

Tip: Searches are magazine specific. You can use the same Find dialog box in multiple magazines by leaving it open on the screen, and selecting a different magazine in the directory tree.

Search Results

  • The Find dialog box displays the number of matches (below the Find box); and
  • Titles of matching pages are highlighted in the Page Name column of the page pane.

To include more search words, repeat the process without selecting "Clear" in the Find dialog box.

To start a new search, select "Clear" first.

Exit Search

To exit the Find function press the Clear button then exit the box.
