Zones

Zones are specific areas of a screen that play back the content of their magazines (pages, templates and playlists). There can be any number of zones with a screen.

Each zone is a completely independent entity, and can play all supported media: video, jpg, flash, audio, or data feeds, depending on what the playback system supports (see Media Guide chart at the end of the manual or help file). The content that plays in one zone is not affected by the content that plays in other zones, with two exceptions:

• If the content in one zone targets content in other zones, then when the source page plays, its targeted pages in the other zones will play at the same time; and

• If the content includes a plugin that calls content in another zone.
